Two furnished rooms plus kitchen / shower room plus toilet which add up to 50m2 for rent for a student or young professional(preferably female) as of 1st of November 2009.
The two rooms are separated by a double door and are fully furnished as follows:
1st room is an office furnished with: desk, desk chair, lamp, reading chair, small table.
2nd room is the bed room furnished with: bed, bedside table, lamp, small unit for books, unit for linen/clothes, wardrobe with hangers.
In connection to the room there is access to a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, electric boiler and all basic kitchen utensils for the exclusive use of the tenant. There is also access to shower and toilet for the exclusive use of the tenant and a washing machine (to be shared with the owners).
The rooms are located in a light and dry high-ceilinged basement in a family home. The owners are a young couple with no kids. The tenant has a separate entrance and high degree of privacy. The room will only be rented out to a non-smoker.
Location: Egebæksvej, 2100 København Ø. Close to Lyngbyvej and Emdrupvej.
Price: 4000 dkr. a month + charges for heating after consumption. A deposit of three months rent must be paid when signing the contract. The rental can be of a time period of 1 year with possibility for extension.
