Description: Room for rent in Estrecho Area from 1st of October. At one minute walking distance to the Estrecho subway station and 15 minutes by subway to Sol..Every services(markets, bars , etc) in 5 minutes walking.
The flat has tree bedrooms , kitchen fully equiped, dinningroom(tv, sofa ) and bathroom fully equiped.It is a 3rd floor without elevator.
We are lookin for a young female worker / students, right now there are two other female young students(german and hungarian) living in the flat.
The price includes internet connection (Wifi).
Not included utilities comsumption(about 10 € per month).
