Description: We are an established Chinese international trade firm based in Nanshan.
Looking for a Chinese-speaking expat with experience in HR to assist us with running our office of 100+ staff on western training and organizational principles.
In this job you would be working with expats and Chinese colleagues, developing training programs, documenting standard procedures, assisting with the hiring process, organizing staff training and social events, and maintaining staff communications and personal files.
This is an interesting long-term and stable position which would suit young expats who are married or settling down for a long China career.
To apply you must be:
- A strong Mandarin speaker
- Living in China for more than 3 years
- Experience of working in a company in HR areas
- Able to relocate to Shenzhen and come to Shenzhen for interview at your own expense
