I require £17,700 000 ( approx. $29, 000 000) for the asking price of an investment property in England, UK, in one of London’s busiest streets. It is prime investment property up for £17,600 000, and currently brings in an annual income of £1, 000 000 ( $ approx $1700 000 ). I want to buy and run it myself.
It comprises 3 adjoining buildings which include luxury residential accomodation, a retail shop space, a nightclub and office, it currently has an income of £1 million a year. The building is located in an area of Central London, which is always in great demand, and where property always appreciates. I’d also need some working capital to begin with. I would like to be able to pay off the loan as soon as is possible. The loan can be spread out over a number of years, 10, 20 or longer, and with the option to pay back earlier.
This is a top end luxury investment, and may suit someone who wants to invest, and also have available luxury accommodation for his company staff when visiting London.
