Description: I am looking for a house, maisonette, semi-detached for long term rent (at least two years) unfurnished or partly furnished (oven, fridge, washing machine and alike). A good size garden is a must (I have a dog). Should be quite and located either in the North or the South of Athens. I need at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Downtown Athens should be within 45 ms drive. Start of rent: 1 January 2010. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
