I am offering my Executive Penthouse Apartment located at Creek Vista in DHA Karachi. This is not just any other apartment. This is the creme de la creme of Apartments. Consisting of four double bedrooms all ensuite. Every bedroom has its own LCD screen and the whole apartment has WIFI access. 2 Large lounges again with Plasma screens and cable TV which include channels such as SKY TV, CNN, STAR, SONY Etc. All the premiership games are shown live!!
There is a large terrace. Very private and discreet, ideal for Barbeques and private functions.
This is a fully furnished apartment. Leather suites, dining table, luxury double and single beds etc. The kitchen is also fully stocked with the finest cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is fresh towels provided daily for the bathrooms. Basically it has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel except the price tag and you get 5500 square feet of space to entertain yourself and your family. There is nothing as boring as being couped up in a tiny hotel room - ask me I have stopped in the Sheraton and PC umpteen times!!
This is a secure building and 3 different security points need to be passed before you can get to the apartment. A maid will come daily to change bed linen, clean up and help with anything else you may require.
This apartment can sleep 10 people easily. Its a fully air conditioned west open apartment that has a abundance of natural light and fresh air due to the 24th floor!!
Probably one of only a handful of projects in Karachi that have massive standby generators and 24 hour water.

I can also provide (if needed) a brand new 2009 Toyota Corolla with driver. This can be paid for locally at the cost of RS 3000 (approx £25) daily. The fuel needs to be replaced.

Finally, the rental for this luxury apartment is £595.00 per week. The minimum stay is 7 nights during peak times (school holidays etc) or 4 nights at all other times. I am very flexible and will try to accomodate most needs
