It is an elegant and well-equipped 78 sqm self-catering holiday apartment in the 3rd district, close to Margaret Island, Castle district and Thermal Baths/Spa, on the 2nd floor of a Bauhaus-style building (1940).
Comfortable up to 6 people, with a quiet garden-side balcony. Two bedrooms + a living room with a double sofa-bed + dining room with table and 6 chairs, furnished in Art Deco style.
There is no reconstruction works in the street: no noise, no dust, but the downtown is very close. The neighbouring area is famous for its restaurants (Kerék, Zöld Kapu, Sipos fish restaurant).
Parking is possible in the street (zone gratis).
Main tourist sights are within reach by the nearby excellent public transportation facilities or by foot. The Lukács Thermal Bath is only 4 tram stops away or 15 min. by foot.
It is also suitable for long term rental as it is comfortable, spacious, bright and calm.
