Description:
Since we will be out of town for the following years are we subletting our 80 square-meter apartment.
The apartment is with a balcony, lightly furnished and have a new kitchen and bathroom with all domestic appliances. The apartment is containing a total number of six rooms that is; entrance, bathroom, kitchen, two big rooms and one smaller room.
It is located very central in the quiet enclosed area "Hostrups Have" around 175 meter from the Falkoner Center which also has a metro station.
We are looking for a stable and trustworthy tenant to sublet our apartment to for a longer period.
