Duties & Responsibilities
Inspection of raw materials, (PET resins) chemical and analysis of products.
Inspection during and after production processes.
Inspection of finished products.(PET Preforms)
Following up the defects or problems occurred with the production supervisors and do the Corrective actions.
Reporting to QC manager, Production Manager about the quality standards.
Good knowledge about PET Preform Production, Its Quality Control Analyzers and Systems.
Back ground of blowing machines operation and its defects (PET)
Monitor Process Parameters, Final Inspection of Finished Goods and warehouse inspection.
Responsibile for Internal Audit for Plant, Machineries and other relative departments.
Verification of equipment calibration of Analyzers and Systems.
