Description: We are seeking a keen business leader to manage our sales office in Shanghai; our company is headquartered in the USA. This position requires 5 or more years of successful sales and management experience preferably in the market research industry. Knowledge of quality and customer service standards in any of the following industries is a plus: hospitality, retail, food & beverage, automotive, or banking.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate s/he has the leadership skills necessary to work with and motivate employees at all levels, plus the ability and drive to develop, nurture, and close new business relationships. A good understanding of financials, operations, and local human resource protocol is needed. The ability to communicate and take direction from the corporate office in English is required. Regional and international travel can be expected.
