i) Cleaning Services
Responsible to do cleaning and maintenance works at an assigned worksite and to related cleaning works as required.

ii) Dish Washer
Responsible to clean, collect and arrange the dish to the rack.

iii) Waiter
Responsible to take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at table in dining.
Age 21-35 years old
Contact Period 3 years
Basic salary Basic salary = RM 21.00 per day of 8 hours
Overtime = x 1.5 on Normal Days
= x 2.0 on Sundays
= x 3.0 on Public Holidays
A sum of minimum of RM 850.00 per month shall be earned by each worker on 26 working days.
Overtime (estimated) In accordance with Malaysia Labour Law.
Working Hours 8 hours on normal working days, compulsory 3 hours overtime per day, 26 days per month.
Workmen Compensation In accordance with Malaysia Labour Law.
Food Provided by the employer during working hours.
Accommodation Provided by the employer.
Government Levy and Immigration The employer shall be advance to the employee a sum of RM1, 800.00 as payment to levy. This amount shall be deducted from the employee’s salary in 12 months’ installment.
Yearly Medical Yearly medical examination will be arranged as required by Immigration Department of Malaysia and cost incurred will be borne by Employer.
Sick Leave and Public Holidays As in accordance with Malaysia Labour Law.





Air ticket Single economy airfare back to own motherland would be provided upon completion of the Employment contract.
Transfer The Company reserves the rights to transfer reallocate or changes the worker to any work section with/within the subsidiary or associate Company within the group, present or future without assigning any reason.
Restriction -0 That the Employee shall not marry with any Malaysia and shall not participate in any political activities of those connected with Trade Union Malaysia.
-1 That the Employee shall not change his employment during the contract period and shall not carry or do business without the written permission from the employer.
-2 That if the Employee is found creating social problems and or engaged in any illegal subversive or criminal activities, and then he will be dismissed with immediate effect and will be repatriated on his own expenses. Any employee shall not commit any crime during her stay in Malaysia.
-3 Any employee shall not commit any crime during her stay in Malaysia.
-4 The employee shall not strike or involve in any strike or instigate other to-strike.
-5 The employee shall not collect any money from any worker by force for whatever reason.
Termination of Service The employer reserve the right to terminate the employee contract if the employee is found to have breached the term and condition of the employment contract by serving one month notice of less by depending on situation.
If the employee prematurely his employment contract before the 3 years contractual period, she may do so at her own expense
