Description: I need One extra person, non-smoking, male or female: International, friendly, mature, young professional for at least One year from 4th JANUARY 2010. He/She will share the Duplex with a young, mature, friendly, professional Spanish girl.
The Duplex is 150 sqm and you will have a huge 20sqm furnished room with a bed and encrusted wardrobe. No contract and NO registration is available as this in solely to help to pay for the minor but costly refurbishment that happened this year.
You will have access to everything available in the flat: - All amenities - All white goods (fridge, washing machine, microwave etc...) - Gas, Water, electricity - Internet (wifi) - the insurance is taken care of.
500 Euro per month with one month in advance (so you do not pay the last month) and 300 Euro Deposit (which you get back if the flat is in good order)!
The flat is located in the heart of the city: 5mins from Eurostar, 5mins from Eurolines, 5mins from Central Station, 5mins from Bourse & Saint Gerry, 20mins by tram + metro from the EU institutions.
If you stay in Brussels for a one year contract and need a large, safe, lively yet quiet, modern place to live in. (NO Registration at this address)
