Description: we are two 20 yo french students and have just moved in a 4 bedrooms flat in Cairo -Dokhi. We are looking for two flatmates for a multinational and mixed corenting.
Therefore we would rather english/arabic-speaking and non-french people. There is no problem about girls and boys living together in our building (we've checked this information with the landowner). We both study political sciences
in Lyon (France), we're specialized on the Arab world and will be learning Arabic in the french DEAC this year. We're both eager to study Arabic langage seriously and meet people having fun in this beautiful city!
The flat is simply amazing: 10 mins away from the metro station Dokhi, at the 8th and last floor of a nice tower and in the middle of a very peaceful and pretty local (not like Zamalek) neighborhood. It has a HUGE living room (actually 1 dining and 1 living room) with 3 sofas and glazed bay windows with
a nice view on Dokhi. There's a big american style kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms left are very nice and luminous. The whole is very spacy, about 120 sq², probably more (we don't know exactly).
The rent is 1400 LE (plus one rent for the Agent), all inclusive with Internet wi-fi coming in a few days.
Just come to see it if you are interested! We'd be happy to talk with you to see if we could live together this year.
