Description: Hi!! We r looking for a roomate in a new flat in Arguelles for this Octuber.
The apartment is two blocks from Arguelles metro, bus station, the shopping area Princesa street, the Oeste Park (Parque del Oeste), and the Templo de Debod. You can reach the Complutense University by foot, bike, metro, bus, flying in less than 15 min!!!!
The ROOM includes Wireless Internet, TV, DVD and has a Window to the street. The furniture is BRAND NEW!! The APARTMENT has been renovated and has a 42´ plasma television, home theater, one bathroom, two insides patios, a full equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, oven, telephone line etc....
We are a working-student couple and r looking for a postgraduated girl organized, clean, non-smoking, responsable and better if she has experience sharing flats. We just love our flat!!!
The RENT is 450 Euros a month and it INCLUDES Gas, Internet, Electricity etc.... The Apartment is paid the FIRST day of each month with TWO month deposit that would be returned at the end of the rental.
