Rent:
The rent is 850 LE per month, plus bills which are around 100 per person:
gas 4LE, garbage 3LE, water and staircase cleaning 28 LE, internet now 95 LE, electricity 100 LE (in summer - and 30 LE in winter).
So these all, divided by 3 flatmates.
(1 month deposit is needed when moving in. )

Quiet street from (Q)adry Basha Street (next to the Skin Hospital - Mostashfa Houd El Marsood)
The area is between Ibn Tuloun and Sayeda Zeinab Mosque
only come if you are interested in normal egyptian everdaylife, not a lot of tourists here(><)
The people are very kind, everything is close- Tahrir and Zaad Zaghlool metro are 10min with many busses leaving from the next street like 22, 154, 609
You could also walk to Tahrir in 20 min if you like to walk.
No bawab, 3rd floor. Lots of small shops and fruit and vegetable sellers around Which will help you a lot.
and if you need a supermarket there are two big ones where you could buy anything you want in Port Said street, 5 min walking.
