Description: Hey there,
We have a free room in our flat.
Location: Metro Miguel Hernández, line 1
Renfe train station "Vallecas"
Buses to Atocha 54, 58, 143....
The flat is about 120m2, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms. Right now 2 rooms are busy, one is empty thought as I am living abroad for this year. The second room + living room is rented by another guy who is a musician and uses the living for his studio (don't worry, he always uses headphones so you wont be annoyed by the music).
The third room is free and has for its own the second bathroom. It has double bed, small table, chair, and complete wardrobe with mirrors.
So actually you will be sharing the flat with this musician, a cat and a ferret :)
Vallecas is a popular neighborhood in Madrid, colorful, full of life and shops, not that touristic.
We are more fond of Erasmus students, or people working abroad, we like traveling a lot and meet people all around the world.
