Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. You will work from home. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and support tickets
- Helping users with listing, account, and payment issues
- Guiding users through posting ads and using premium features
- Maintaining response time and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Urdu
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Patient and helpful attitude
- Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection
- Available for flexible hours (including weekends)
Preferred (not required):
- Previous customer support experience
- Knowledge of classifieds or e-commerce platforms
