### ???? **Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Perform plastering work on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling
* Mix and apply cement, mortar, and plaster materials
* Repair cracks and damaged areas
* Ensure neat and smooth finishing
* Follow site safety rules and instructions
