Seeking to obtain a position of Receptionist / Secretary / Computer operator in a well known company.
WORK EXPERIENCE
July 2006 – September 2008 COMPUTER OPERATOR CUM PRO to Qatar co Trading & Contracting, Doha-Qatar.
I took following responsibilities as a COMPUTER OPERATOR CUM PRO:-
o Receives calls and greets visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information to direct caller/visitor.
o Maintains and creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, categorizes, files and retrieves documents or other materials (Filing).
o Acted as light English & Arabic typing, Heavy customer contact
o Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
o Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
o File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
o Filling different types of forms.
o Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing
o Basic bookkeeping work.
o Make travel arrangements for company employees.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Passed G.C.E ordinary level examination of Srilanka in 2002
• Passed G.C.E. Advance level examination of Srilanka in 2005
