🧠 Mega Project Experience
* Proven track record in projects valued at **SAR 1B – 7B+**
* Experience with leading developers or contractors such as:
* NEOM
* Red Sea Global
* Diriyah Company
* Tier 1 Contractors (EPC / Main Contractors)

⚙️ Procurement Strategy Leadership
* Develop and execute **full procurement strategy from project inception**
* Strong capability in:
* Long-lead item planning
* Global sourcing (Europe, China, Turkey)
* Vendor prequalification & framework agreements
* Supply chain risk mitigation

📦 Technical Procurement Expertise
Hands-on experience managing major construction packages:
* MEP (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing)
* FF&E (critical for hospitality projects)
* OS&E
* High-end finishing (marble, joinery, fa?ade systems)

🧑💼 Leadership & Team Management
* Proven ability to lead **15–20+ procurement professionals**
* Experience managing **large-scale procurement budgets**
* Strong vendor ecosystem management

* Advanced knowledge of:
* FIDIC

* Claims & variation management
* Cost control & value engineering
