Description: I'm moving to Brussels in a couple weeks to take up a new job and am looking for an apartment. Here is what I am looking for:
1) near metro/tram stop (near tram 94 or bus 95 would be perfect)
2) furnished
3) I would ideally like to have the charges covers most, if not all of my utilities.
4) total cost with charges no more than 700€ (would prefer a little less though.
