As you will see from my CV, I am currently working for Bharti Airtel Ltd. (INDIA) – HYDERABAD, as an Assistant Manager in the Customer Services Department. In my present position I am responsible for managing all the Critical Outsourced Call Center Data maintain Quality Reporting for Hyderabad. I have also been working closely with the Quality Department to set up Process Metrics and ensure operational compliance to the same. In my role cost effectiveness is my KRA (Key Responsible Area) My role was very critical and I have contributed maximum revenue i.e. profit to the organization in terms of quality to the customer so that the customer does not leave us for competitors. Understood the customer requirements and have provided customer satisfaction without any complaints from the customer’s.
I can contribute maximum revenue to the organization with my skills and knowledge.
