Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Turkish and Arabic restaurants
* Strong expertise in grilling techniques (Arabic kebab, Turkish Tikka Chicken, Mixed grills, etc.)
* Ability to maintain high food quality and consistency
* Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
