Description: Amazing, modern flat with 3 rooms in total, 1 more to let.
The flat consists of a large living room with dining area, flat screen TV, 3 piece sofa, airconditioning in each room, space for laundy drying.
Fitted modern kitchen with plenty of space, modern fridge and freezer.
One bathroom is shared between two bedrooms (the master bedroom has its own). Shower, top washing machine. Very clean, marble flooring, furniture all new.
One of our house mates has to go back to London. So the bedroom available has a single bed, wardrobe and work table.
Tower is built by a Hongkong company in a modern gated community with Oriental style ponds, bridges and gardening. The flat is on the 11th floor and has a nice view over the garden and the area.
Closeby are KFC & Yoshinoya, shopping centre, Watsons, a large French supermarket, food court with cheap Chinese food, Pizza Hut (all 3min walk). Xizhimen station is 10min walking.
You'd be sharing with a young gay guy from London Vince (22, German) and nice girl Andy (19, British). Andy and Vince are Chinese students at Beijing Normal University.
We'd be looking for someone clean, preferably non-smoker (smoking is not allowed by landlord in flat itself).
