Duties & Responsibilities

 Reports to the SOUS CHEF

 Assist to Executive Chef in composing new recipes & menu ideas.

 Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the
display kitchen as we had all see through chillers.

 Maintaining the standards of the kitchen and the food.

 Periodic inspection of the display and the back kitchen.

 Taking orders from the guest directly if they have any particular preferences.

 Take briefing of the service and the kitchen staff regarding the menu on any special events.

 Indenting and maintaining the par stock levels of the store items.
 Maintaining the butchery items.

 Make sure the smooth and problem free operation
 Give a tasks to demi chef, Commis III, II, I & trainees. Closely working with Sous Chef & Executive Chef
 Controlling food cost.

 I have 8-Months experience in a leading Restaurant as Trainee Assistant Waiter.

 Four years experience as Commis III at Dolphin Restaurant a Leading fine dining restaurant in Riyadh, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia from 26th march 1999 to 2003 march 26th.


 I achieved the award of ‘Best employee of the month’ in April 2001

 I joined one of the leading star hotels chain in the world Al Faisaliah Hotel and Al Khozama Hotel managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts U.S.A and owned by KING FAISAL FOUNDATION in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 15th June 2003
 First I was employed as a Commis -I since 15th June 2003 to 15th June 2005 in Italian Food Kitchen (Garde Manager) - Dapino Italian Restaurant at Al Khozama Hotel in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
 I was promoted as a Demi chef de partie (Garde Manager.) at Hotel Al Faisaliah Hotel, Riyadh on 15th June 2005.
 On 1st July 2007 promoted again as a Chef de partie (Garde Manger.) at Hotel al Khozama.
