I am a young Entrepeneur from holland who is seeking investers and a coach to help me and invest in my real estate business plan.
My business preposition is to start a project in the Dominican Republic in buying and selling homes.
The doel is to buy auction homes on a good price, remodle it on a establish budget, and then resale it for a price where you don't have losses but wins.
Why the Dominican Republic, it a tropical country where you can enjoy both it's warm weather and it's culture. Where it's city is name Santo Domingo and with various nice and touristic othe cities.
The value of it's currency is 1€: euro is 50RD: Dominican Peso, 1$ us dollar is 36RD: Dominican Peso and 1£: British pound is 61 RD: Dominican Peso.
Which is not bad for business and it can go high and low during the week or month.
I am seeking serious investers who are willing to see my business plan and read it over and plan to invest in this project
As I mention I am a young entrepeneur who want to start young and small company in real estate and grow during the years.
