Description: I am looking for a grand villa with following descriptions:
The Location:
I prefer it to be anywhere in the vicinity of Olaya Disrict or anywhere close. And if the interior fits the description below, I wouldn't mind considering it.
The Interior of Villa:
I want to purchase a grand villa with at least 5 or 6 bedrooms and a swimming pool is a MUST. It should have ceramic flooring.
In addition to above, there should be a modern kitchen, quite large living room, TV lounges, GYM, and a study with good lighting. Most important of all spacious & modern bathrooms is a MUST too.
Also car garage, store-room, driver & guard's room, guests rooms, garden in the backyard, maid's room.
The Exterior & General descriptions:
Newly built villas will be preferred. It should have a grand look from the exterior with good paints & architectural design.
