I am planning to move to Dubai on Nov 1 and need one bedroom apartment (preferably fully furnished).

My office is located in Dubai Media city ( Business Central Towers) therefore I would be looking at the following areas :
>
- Al Barsha, Jumeira Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Discovery Gardens Area etc.
> One drawback of the above I won't be having drivers license of UAE therefore would commute via metro or taxi. (ideally the apartment should be near to metro station)
I am looking apartment within range of 55 - 65k AED.
No. of cheques 2 - 4 ( could be reduced if there is good discount).
