Description: I am in need of an accommodation in Abu Dhabi starting from November 1st until 1st of September 2010 or even longer.
I am an Engineer with a Bachelor of Arts working for a well known Abu Dhabi based media company. I am 29 years old and from Munich, Germany.
My allowance is 6000Dh/month but i would rather save some of that, but i will decide if the rent is reasonable depending on the quality of the accommodation.
I need to live near the company, meaning the Al Ittihad area, preferable on 2nd street/Muroor Street corner to 17th street, BUT NOWHERE NORTH OF THIS BLOCK. By this i mean not nearer to the city centre than 17th street/Saeed bin Tahnoon street.
If the room is furnished it is nice but not a must. Internet and Sat TV do not need to be there from the start, but it has to be possible to install them after moving in.
The flat doesnt need to be very spacious but not too small, either.
Also i am open for accommodation sharing with others-preferably european / americans....westerners in general.
