Description: I have a room available in a comfortably furnished apartment in 6th October. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. A/C, balcony. It overlooks the sports club, has a view of a garden and is well located. Both the main road and the mall are within 10 min walking distance. It's a lovely suburban neighbourhood, and the air is much fresher than in central Cairo.
The rent is 900LE/month, excluding utilities. Bawaab & maintenance fee is 50LE/month.
I'm a Muslim South African female working in 6th October. I'm looking for an open-minded, decent, fun-loving person to share with. Any religion, nationality or race is welcome, but no alcohol, no overnight male guests and no smoking.
