General duties:
The Front Desk Agent must at all times provide warm and courteous hospitality service. Ensure all the guests receive a personalized, friendly and efficient check-in, assisting the guests with queries, handling guest correspondences, preparing invoices, efficient check-out, handle complaints, ensuring smooth operation of the front desk, exchange foreign currency, prepare administrative and financial reports for the hotel and assist the GSS and GRM in ensuring the guests receive the best possible “boutique” service in Shanghai.
