Description: My apartment is in a nice neo-classical style building, by a pedestrian zone, with a little garden in front. It is located in the center of Athens. I live part time in Athens, spending most of my time in Berlin. Whenever I come I use one of the bedrooms, and the other is for sublet, by 15th November. I share the other rooms, (living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms). It is fully equipped and furnished and has 2 big wardrobes, cable TV, ADsl internet connection, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, 3 beds, covers, sheets, blankets, towels. The rent is 400 Euros per month, the guaranty is 500 Euros, and the minimum rental period is 2 months.
