Description: Dear Brothers & Friends.
If you are planning to live in Hara ( Haya al Wazarat ), I would like to request you all that please dont take house for rent from '' AL MUQAWALAAT AQAREE ''. These people are cruel espically Rashid ( Egyptian ) who is rent collector.
He don't respect the tenants whether you are elder in age or whether you are living in same house since 10, 12 years or even more.
He comes to you before one week of rent. He wants full rent of 6 months advance on the first day, and if you are not able to give he start shouting at you like a mad barking dog, gives you bad words and runs to switch of your house electricity whether in summer or Ramadan days.
He don't give time easily to you to arrange the rent. He takes bribe from you. He takes full advantage of your financial weakness and bad time. He takes minimum of SR 50 for 7 days or maximum 10 days time . After completion of 10 days he again starts shouting at you at like a mad barking dog at high voice in front of people at you door steps. He many times threat you to put you in jail. His rule is FIRST BRIBE THEN TIME. He shouts '' SAKKAR KHARBAA.. SAKKAR KAHARBA ''.
He comes to your house in late night at any time. And knocks you door or bedroom window at high speed with key or by his hands and shouts at your name.
We are the oldest tenants in the building. And we are giving him bribe since 4 years and then also no respect to me any my family. And he doesn't know how much bribe I had given until now. Many times, me and family spended dark summer nights and days in house with candles. My family will never forget those days. For small amount also he shouts at you and switch off your house electricity.
His mouth and hands are always ready to take bribe. Unless if you don't give full rent he will keep taking bribe from you otherwise you and your family have to spent hot summer days and Ramadan and even Eid without electricity. He forward his hand to take bribe like a beggar.
He anytime calls you to meet him at Aqaree Office, and there he react you like anything. He shouts at very high voice in middle road in front of people and insult you badly. He makes your life painful and horrible.
The more your financial problem increases the more fast bribe he will demand. My family many times beg by joining the hands in front of him not to switch off the electricity. He listen to you only when you give bribe.
He comes to you late night to trouble you, and take you to the police..He gives you tears in your eyes.
He gives miss calls on your mobile phone every time, around 10 times in a day or may be more. And when you talk to him he shouts at you and disconnect the line. He don't allow you to speak. He hates you but he don't hates the bribe.
He don't understand your financial problem. He only understand when bribe comes.
Again, I request to all my brothers and friends not to deal with this. I don't want to this to happen to you.
