Description: This spectacular showpiece apart-hotel features 204 luxury suites and apartments in five different designs, all of which feature private terraces with sea views across the wide sandy beach. The overall style is "luxury Arabian" but will also express the cool elegance of contemporary Moroccan design. All properties in the Radisson Resort and Spa will be offered through a fully managed lease-back system from which owners will benefit from guaranteed profit share from the rental income.
