I am Canadian but have lived in Egypt for the past 3 yrs, my husband and I work as private real-estate brokers. Many of our clients are from abroad and find dealing with a native English speaker teamed with a local resident a refreshing change. Being as my husband is Egyptian he knows the "should be" prices of things and we check all aspects of the property fully before notifying you with the details. We find YOU the property YOU want at the price YOU want to pay! We guarantee complete honesty and discloser at all times on our part and expect the same of all our clients. We respect the wishes of those who do not wish to use a broker but we urge you to be very careful with any purchase or lease from overseas. We welcome any enquiries about any type of real-estate.
Our fees our as follows.
Purchase - 1.5% of the purchase price
Selling - 2% of the selling price
Renting / Leasing - half of one month rent.
