Description: I Have a beautiful 2 BR duplex near Parc Cinq, and metro Schuman - a 5 minute walk to both the Commission and Parliament.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease - preferably after January 2010 but am flexible and willing to negotiate on the date/month.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with the 2nd bedroom being upstairs. There is a terrace outside, and a private cellar with washing machine. High ceilings, french doors, fully equipped kitchen with brand new oven, charm, and a great location, with free parking right near the house.
The apartment came unfurnished but I am interested in someone who will take over my lease AND buy the majority of furniture off of me.
Rent is 1100 month, which includes most utlities
(currently playing electric, seperately, which runs me 30/month at the moment)
The apartment is roughly 130 meters squared. Its perfect for sharing as it is private, well laid-out (one BR upstairs, one BR downstairs at other end of apt) and all doors close. For being on a rather busy street, is is actually very quiet, as there are double glazed windows and the majority of the apartment faces the garden (no streets at all near by the back of the house)
