Description: Olá pessoal,
Katie (25, French CoE employee) and Stefan (28, German PhD student) are looking for a relaxed flatmate moving in our nice little flat at the end of October. It's at Rua da Condessa 46, right next to Largo do Carmo, Chiado. We can offer a comfy living room with a tiny balcony attached, a formidable kitchen, a clean bathroom, a spacious storage room as well as three rather small individual rooms. The available room is around 8 sqm big, with a small window above the door and some furniture (a bed and shelves) that could be taken over from the previous occupant for a price to be negotiated with her.
Gas, water, electricity, wireless broadband and free landline phone calls to pre-2004 EU states are included in the rent.
