Description: We are currently seeking a tennant to take over the lease on our apartment (1100 francs p/month including charges for hot water/ cable TV and heating). Applications close on the 30th of October and all applicants must have viewed the apartment.

Studio apartment in much sought after area, safe building with polite neighbours.
The applicant must possess:
1) papers stating a legal right to work and rent in Switzerland (visa or Swiss citizenship)
2) A work contract demonstrating earnings as between 3300 and 4400 p/month
3) The intention to live in Switzerland for no less than 6 months
