Description: The Villa (sleeps 10/12)
is an old 1800's farm house, restored with great care.
Situated in the "Lucca" countryside, it is near the Manor Villa of the owner but completely INDIPENDENT
surrounded by a spacious garden which is shaded by centuries old trees
a fully equipped SWIMMING POOL for the exclusive use of our guests

a covered parking area.
Ground Floor: Three large communicating rooms from which two living areas have been made, both with fireplaces and a large kitchen/dining area, one double room, one bathroom with shower and bathtub (can be accessed directly from outside and suitable for the handicapped); wine tasting corner.
First Floor: Two double rooms, two bedrooms with two single beds each, raised balcony like area overlooking the living room with two sofa beds (single), three baths with shower, closet with washing machine.
The Villa is situated in a very quiet and tranquil area

45 km. beaches of the Versilia coast

ON REQUEST, the following extra services are available:
