(worker or student), fully furnished, quiet, with adjacent private wc+shower,
unlimited internet connection available.
450 euro rent + expenses contribution (gas, electricity, internet, water)
to be determined (around 100 euro), cash.
Deposit also required, refundable at end of your stay.
The room/house is particularly suitable for a PhD/University student/researcher
or temporary work assignment in Amsterdam.
We would propose a 2-months initial agreement, extensible.
