Description: Hello!
As I am going to travel for vacation I would like to sublet my room from December 17th, 2009 till January 31th, 2010, the room is in a 2 bedrooms shared flat located close to Abbas el akkad and Makran Ebid St., Nasr City area, 5 min away from CITY STARS MALL. The flat is in the third floor, the building doesnt have elevator but take the stairs is not really heavy as you could think, the stairs's style is very short stairs and confortable for every age. it has fridge, stove, washing machine full automatic, satellite TV and wireless internet (montly payment of internet 90 EGP + wireless router rented 30 EGP) and you will be pay just half (60 EGP).
The room has a single bed, night table, wardrobe, chair, desk and private phone where you could receive calls, additionally has private balcony. The rent amount could be negotiable additionally you will have to pay maintance building (10 EGP), bills of electricity, internet, and gas plus 1200 EGP for deposit (you will get the deposit back upon moving out). The flat and building are very clean even there are companies using some flats of the building as office.There is big market closer, many shops around, very beautiful garden, even the neighborhood is unbelievably great.
Please note that the flat will be sharing with a female flatmate, studying Arabic in Cairo, easy going, respectful and non smoker.
