Description: We are a young Spanish/Dutch couple that is looking for ONE young professional to share a really nice and cosy 90 m2 apartment in 'de Baarsjes' (15 minutes from the centre by tram/bus/bike).
We are offering two unfurnished rooms 12 m2 (in the picture still furnished) and 7 m2 from the 1st of december. The rest of the apartment will be furnished (probably a bit different than in the pictures). The kitchen, bathroom, an extra little toilet, two balconies and livingroom will be shared.
We are looking for a fun, but serious and clean person. It is important that you have a job with a fix contract (requirement of the housing agency...)
