Description: 2 Furnished rooms for rent in the center of Amsterdam. One room has a view on the canal (850 euro)and the other one with a view on the backyard (750 euro).
Rent includes: normal consumption of gas, water, electricity. Also wireless internet and all taxes. The room has a bed, a ward robe and a desk. Living room with tv, sofa, dining table, desk. Kitchen with gas stove, microwave + oven, refrigerator + freezer, plates, fork, knives etc. Washing room with washing machine and a dryer. Bathroom with a shower and handbasin. Separate toilet. Everything you need is available in the house. Most of the things are new. The room is available for one year.
The third room is mine. I have a job abroad and will not be often in the apartment. Practically the apartment will be inhabited by 2 persons. Most important of all: only apply if you can keep the apartment very clean and quiet!
