Description: I do not think the guy is greedy. I think it shows that this gentleman want to be sure that no time wasters would visit him.
also he seems to be sure about the condition of the car and hence he says that he will pay the checking charges if the car fails in the test. but if a person does not buy after the test it means he is a time waster.
also you do not need to bring mechanic. so you can even come alone and then take the car to the agency for the testing.
so i do not see any element of greed in the ad.
that is my view on the ad. i m sorry if it does agree with your opinion.
