Description: Looking for a 2 bed room, 1 living, 1 dining hall with two toilets flat in a neat and trouble free building. Rent should be around SR.17000/- per year. Preferably on first or ground floor.
My preferred areas are..
REHAB DIST. (BEHIND MINARAT SCHOOL),
MUSHREFA DIST. (SAHAFA, ARBAEEN ST.)
AZIZIA.
I am not in a hurry, my existing flat is upto 1 st Muhararram. If any one vacating his flat in near future kindly mail me.
Or Option 2:
I am living in mushrefa behind Sahafa Muroor. My flat is one Big Hall, 1 bed, 1 dining room, kitchen with 2 toilets. Ground floor, very nice and small building with lawn for kids. The rent is SR.13000/-. If any one's family living in a above areas of my interest are going on exit and the person want to hire a smaller flat we can swap the flat. There is no binding of house hold stuff to buy on either side.
