Here you have - a wonderful room, sunny, spacious (15 m2), with curtins and a mirror, and we can give you the mattress, pillow and the bed clothes for a cheap price.
The appartement consists of: - 3 rooms - 1 bathroom - 1 wc - Big living room with terrace - Fully equiped kitchen - Internet/WIFI all over the house - Cable TV in the living room - Soon, a clothes washing/drying machine - Storage room in the basement - Parking place in the buildings' garage
The price includes everything:
- the rent (+/- 400, which includes the water and heating);
- electricity and gas (+/- 17 euros - this price can go up or down depending on the consumption);
- 25 euros for the Internet and TV.
To access the appartement you have a lift, and the house is situated really close to Saint Pierre square (check the terrasse photo), where you can take the 81 tram. You will be 3 minutes away from Merode metro station and Cinquantenaire park, 5 minutes from GB and OKay stores. At Saint Pierre square you can find several stores, such as a pharmacy, call shop (open until 10 pm), cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, grocery store (open until 2 am), etc...
You will share the appartement with two friendly and responsible girls, who speak English, French, Portuguese and Arabic. We are hoping to find a nice, quiet and responsible roommate who can keep the harmony in the house, respect the others' privacy and participate in the cleaning every now and then.
You will rent the room with a long-term contract, since we made a contract that ends on June 2012. But you can always find someone to substitute you, in case you need to leave earlier (and with this room and its' location, we believe it will be easy to find people), or you can give the owner an earlier notice and pay the corresponding compensation.

Eh voilà, le-voici: un marveilleux chambre, lumineux, spatieux (15m2), avec des rideaux et un mirroir, et nous pouvons vous donner le matlas, l'oreiller et le linge pour un bon prix!
L'appartement consiste en: - 3 chambres - 1 salle de bain - 1 toilette - Grande living avec terrasse - Cuisine équipée - Internet/WIFI partout - TV par cable dans le living - Prochainement, une machine lave/séche linge - Emplacement de parking dans le garage du bâtiment - Espace pour garder des objects, valises (etc...) dans le sous-sol du bâtiment
Le prix compris tout:
- le loyer (+/ 400, avec charges de l'eau et chauffage comprises);
- electricité et gaz (+/- 17 euros - ce prix peut augmenter ou diminuer selon la consommation);
- 25 euros pour l' Internet et TV.
Pour accéder au appartement vous disposez d'un ascenseur, et la maison est à côté de la Place Saint Pierre (regardez la photo de la terrasse), où vous pouvez prendre le tram 81. Vous êtes à 3 minutes du parc Cinquantenaire et station de metro Merode, à 5 minutes des magasins GB et OKay. À Saint Pierre vous pouvez trouver plusieurs magasins, soit une pharmacie, une call-shop (ouverte jusqu'à 22h), cafes, restaurants,coiffeur, magasin de nuit (ouvert jusqu'à 2 h du matin), etc...
Vous allez habiter avec deux filles sympas et responsables, qui parlent l'Anglais, le Français, le Portugais et l'Arabe. Nous voulons trouver quelqu'un de sympa, calme et responsable pour partager notre appartement, qui ne dérange pas l'harmonie de la maison, qui respecte la privacité de chacun, et qui participe dans le nettoyage de temps en temps.
Vous louez la chambre dans le cadre d'un contrat de longue durée, parce que nous avons fait un contract qui termine le Juin 2012, mais vous pouvez toujours trouver quelqu'un pour vous substituer si vous avez besoin de partir plus tôt (et on croit qu'avec cette chambre et sa localisation, c'est très facile de trouver des personnes intéréssées), ou donner le pré-avis au proprietaire et payer l'indemnité correspondante.
