house is in center of besiktas at 4th floor.near to every kind of shops ,restaurants,main roads,bus stop,ferry(boat service )near entertainment area as well you can come back easy even if its too late .
house is nice ,very clean,small and everything is new in the house which belong to house all things(wireless internet connection shower kitchen heating system flooring doors...) .
rent is 400 turkish lira except for bills.total for bills are aorund 40-50 lira each.
we will share rent and bills as 3 person .both house and rooms are furnished .
we are 2 turkish student boys who are looking for young people :). we are experienced living with other people in turkey and in europe.
and you have to be responsible for cleaning as well .besides living together we can be good friends to go somewhere in istanbul parties :) we can also exchange languages turkish or english,spanish to your native language or language you speak good .
i mean we can try learn languages together.
