The common areas are: the kitchen, which contains a large stove, an oven, a dishwasher, micro wave, 2 fridges, dishes, pots and pans, etc.; the hallway, a washing machine and a dryer; 2 toilets and the bathroom, with shower, bath and washing table; 2 terraces on the south side with furniture as well.
Last but not least, housekeeping once a week is included!!!
