Description: Hello!
We have a spare room in our apartment.It's a GREAT location, about a 5 minute walk to the Leidseplein and the Museumplein. Trams 1, 3, & 12 stop right outside. We have a supermarket across the street, a gym down the road, and lots of international restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Anyway, about the room: fairly basic, double bed, small balcony, closet, desk, chest of drawers.
The flat: 2 bedroom, back balcony, seperate wc and bathroom, internet, washer/dryer, bathtub (nearly UNHEARD of in this city).
And us: Young married couple, and 2 small dogs (no higher than mid-shin). We're sociable, and have been here for 4 years. We both work during the day, my wife works from home so there's nearly always somebody here.
The rent: 600 and that includes charges (heat, hot water, phone, internet, etc). If any other bills pop up (like council tax or water, etc- usually once or twice a year) we split it 3 ways. Registration is unfortuntely not possible.
