The studio
Located within a 2-minutes walk from the metros “Filles du Calvaire”, “République” and “Oberkampf”, in the north Marais, with a lot of facilities around, the place is very calm, looking into a courtyard with a caretaker and digicode downstairs.
The small kitchen has a fridge, hotplates, microwave, and an oven – dishes provided. A launderette is located downstairs next door. Bathroom equipped with bath & toilet, and a double bed. In the apartment there are tv/vcr/dvd/cable with good hi-fi system; high speed unlimited Internet and free phone for France (except cell phones), US and a lot of other countries (Freebox).
The rent is 620 euros a month + 130 euros charges which include electricity, insurance of the flat, caretaker, council tax, TV licence fee and freebox (unlimited internet and fixed phone lines).There is one month as a security deposit and the reasonable broker's fee is proportional to the length of stay and payable upfront. There is no possibility of APL (french housing benefit) with this flat.
